From the calm and neutral interior required by a dental practice, to the practical home-from-home requirements of holiday lets, and the hard-wearing relaxed elegance required by a leading chain of French-style restaurants, each commercial project I undertake is a unique proposition. And each requires an in-depth understanding of the business and its clientele. Creating the right ambience is absolutely essential in ensuring repeat custom and the success of the business year on year.

In an increasingly competitive world, every commercial venture needs an edge to thrive and that is exactly what I aimed to provide for my clients at Le Bistrot Pierre.

Liaising closely with Gillespie Yunnie Architects, I needed to infuse each location with a trademark rustic French interior charm combined with unique contemporary twists. Working with outstanding architects and such enthusiastic and supportive clients has been a real joy – the icing on the cake for a tremendously rewarding series of projects.

For as long as I can remember I have been interested in home interiors and since moving to Devon 15 years ago I decided to turn my passion into a business.
